Click the ribbon in the bottom left-hand corner of your app home screen, and there, you will see your points as well as how close you are to unlocking savings! If you choose to not download the app, your Rewards Wallet will be your new best friend. Follow the link to enter your phone number and, for easiest access, add your Rewards Wallet link to your home screen like an app.

What are loyalty points in a dispensary?

Rewards or loyalty points are earned with each purchase. With every dollar spent at Zen Leaf Maryland, you earn 1 point. These points add up with each visit and can be redeemed for exclusive discounts.

Do dispensaries keep track of purchases?

Zen Leaf dispensaries do keep track of your Cannabis Rewards points to ensure you receive the discounts earned. This is tracked through the Rewards app, your best tool to ensure you earn rewards points with each visit. You begin earning points after signing up and completing your first purchase.

Will I earn Rewards for shopping at Zen Leaf or its affiliates in other states?

Yes – if you sign up for that state’s Rewards! Due to state rules and regulations, each state has its own Cannabis Rewards program. Once you enroll, you can add that state’s program to your home screen, or simply bookmark the Rewards Wallet page!

How do cannabis rewards programs work?
The Rewards program allows you to earn discounts exclusive to Rewards members. Each dollar spent is equal to one Reward point, with points levels unlocking savings:

  • 150 points=$5 OFF
  • 450 points=$25 OFF
  • 700 points=$60 OFF

You can redeem points for Rewards as you meet the point threshold or save them up for the next level of discount.

How fast do points accumulate?
Points accumulate the more you visit Zen Leaf Maryland! Points are tied to your purchase history, so if you purchase a $50 eighth each week, you earn 50 points each week!

When can I start redeeming rewards?
You begin earning points after signing up for the Rewards program and making your first purchase. Rewards can be redeemed once you hit the point level thresholds:

How does redeeming Rewards points work?
Redeeming points is as easy as tapping buttons in your app – at your time of purchase, you simply open your app and access the coupon code and show it to your Cannabis Advisor to redeem! Your Reward will be applied to your cart total first, with any additional in-store discounts applied to the remaining cart balance.

Do points expire?
Points do expire 180 days after earning, if they are not used.

What if I don’t want to download the app?

If you don’t want to download the app, you can sign up by following this link. This same link will be how you access your Rewards Wallet to manage Rewards.

What if I want to opt out of the Maryland Cannabis Rewards Program?

If you want to opt out of the Rewards program, let your Cannabis Advisor know. They will be able to assist in your being removed from Rewards.

Only qualified medical patients or qualified recreational visitors (21+) of Zen Leaf Maryland or affiliates may participate in the ZEN LEAF Rewards Program. 

Participation in the ZEN LEAF Rewards Program constitutes acceptance of all program rules.

You will earn one ZEN LEAF Rewards Point for every dollar spent.

ZEN LEAF Rewards Points are non-transferable.

ZEN LEAF Rewards Points are not redeemable for cash.

ZEN LEAF Rewards Points begin to accumulate when you join the program and complete your first purchase.

ZEN LEAF Rewards Points will expire 180 days after earning.

At checkout, ZEN LEAF Rewards Points will be redeemed first, and any subsequent discount or promotion will be applied to the remaining balance.
