Zen Leaf accepts product returns for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase under the following circumstances:

Recalled Product

Any cannabis product subject to an official recall.

Defective Product

Products that are defective, damaged, or otherwise compromised are eligible for return.

Incorrect Product

Products that do not match the item listed on the purchase receipt are eligible for return.

Mislabeled Product

Cannabis that is mislabeled will be accepted for return.
