When the receiving party (“Referee”) successfully registers on the ZEN LEAF™ and MUV™ website or the Zen Leaf+ iOS app and completes a first purchase, both the Referrer and the Referee will receive a one-time-use promo code, which may be redeemed for one $10 discount on one purchase of $50 or more at ZEN LEAF™ and MUV™. Only one Referral Program promo code may be used per purchase. This promo code will expire after 30 days.

By participating, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by ZEN LEAF™ and MUV™ Dispensary, the Referral Program, and their authorized third-party agents and licensees in accordance with our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Privacy Practices. In accordance with state and local regulations, only qualified patients and/or adult-use shoppers over the age of twenty-one (21) may participate in the Referral Program. Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of all Referral Program Terms of Use. Referral Program discounts are non-transferable. ZEN LEAF™ and MUV™ Dispensary reserves the right to discontinue referral privileges and void member referrals if any unauthorized referral discounts are earned or redeemed, or if there is any unauthorized use of the program, as determined in ZEN LEAF™ and MUV™ Dispensary’s sole discretion. ZEN LEAF™ and MUV™ Dispensary reserves the right to modify or cancel the ZEN LEAF and MUV Referral Program at any time and without notice.
