Cannabis Shopping Made Easy, Online and In-App

The new Zen Leaf+ shopping experience caters to cannabis patients and consumers of all levels. Specially tailored for cannabis lovers seeking maximum value and shopping with ease, our new experience ensures you get the most bang for your buck. In addition to shopping for marijuana products, each store showcases all store hours — including dedicated store pickup hours, curbside pickup, delivery, and drive-through hours (where applicable) – to streamline and improve each visit you make to the dispensary.

Here's what you'll love about the Zen Leaf+ online and in-app experience:

Finding Your Perfect Cannabis Product

There are so many ways to find your perfect product. All filters are visible from the left-hand side of the menu on desktop, and on mobile and in-app, by clicking the funnel in the right-hand corner of the stream. Search by name, or use one of the many filters, including:

• Strain, which showcases all products available in the strain selected
• Quality line, if tiered products are in your market
• Product category, conveniently placed at the top of the menu

Our favorite way to filter? Shopping by dispensary "Best Sellers," the top products and strains for your store!

Shopping Marijuana Deals

You'll never miss a deal with the new shopping experience. The best of the best savings are showcased at the top of the menu in banner images, allowing you to see the products applicable and click to filter them. Each deal is a page dedicated to those savings.

If you're looking for all discounts available, select the "Deals" tab when shopping desktop, or when shopping on mobile and in-app, tap the hamburger menu (the three lines) and select "Deals."

Don't forget to click the product for robust details, including a list of all deals it's eligible for.

Ordering and Paying With Ease

As you peruse the menu and add items to your cart, the quantity you added will shown in the right-hand corner of the product image for easy visual tracking of your order. The best part? If you're shopping with Aeropay, you can pay for your order online using the Aeropay option.

For quick in-and-out pickup, show your Advisor the QR code for your order, found online or in-app.

Tracking Your Cannabis Order

Stay connected to your order from start to finish. Real-time tracking allows you to follow your order from the moment it's placed, showing where your purchase stands at each step. You'll see when it's been received, is being packed by an Advisor, and when it's ready for pickup. Too, when you sign into your account, your order status will be displayed at the top of the menu, including any documents you may need to add to verify your purchase.

Have a question about your order? The app provides a real-time chat feature, allowing you to connect directly with the dispensary.

Seamlessly Navigating Between Stores (and Finding Store Hours)

If you live near two Zen Leaf Dispensaries, you will love this feature. To switch locations, use the dropdown arrow by the store name, located in the left-hand corner. You can scroll to see all dispensaries in the state, including their store hours, address, and phone number, or search by name.

Too, shopping between medical and recreational menus is a breeze. Simply use the dropdown located just above menu filters.

Getting Started with the New Zen Experience

To start shopping, head to your local Zen Leaf Dispensary page or download the Apple app (coming soon for Android)! You can create a unique profile, or leverage the Google sign-in option for easy access. You can add your medical patient documentation as well as your driver's license for easy identification, and even view your past orders in detail.

In West Virginia, creating a profile and selecting "opt-in" also enrolls you in tiered Cannabis Rewards, an all-in-one shop-and-earn experience coming soon to Arizona!
