Tailored to help cannabis lovers find maximum value and shop with ease, our enhanced menu ensures you get the most bud for your buck, in more ways to explore and filter for products than ever.  

Here's what we love about the upgraded Zen Leaf+ online experience, and you will too: 

Shop from the Home Menu 

Yes, there’s a home menu! Here, you’ll find curated product carousels based on what’s hot in your market, new and featured products, new and featured brands, and so much more.  

In addition to the featured carousels, you’ll find: 

• Promotions, in the familiar banner format 
• Product categories 
• Deals, Popular, and Search & Filter options 

By Deals: All Products on Sale 

New to the home menu is the “Deals” option. Shopping by Deals shows you every product on sale, no matter the promotion. These products will be pre-sorted by what’s most popular, but using the dropdown in the righthand corner of the menu, you can sort by: 

• Newest products 
• Name, from A-Z or Z-A, and  
• Price, from low to high or high to low 

And don’t forget about filters! Drill down by strain prevalence, category, product type, size, potency, brand, strain, or set minimum and maximum price limits. 

By Product Category 

Shopping by category is a quick way to explore your favorite cannabis delivery methods. Selecting a category will show you all the products within your selection, sorted by what’s most popular. Use the pre-set filters at the top of the product list to drill down within the category; for example, if you selected pre-roll, filter further by singles or multi-packs.  

Don’t forget to set your sorting preference, whether that’s by popular products, newest to menu, by price (from high to low or low to high), or alphabetically.  

By All Products 

If you’re someone who likes to see all options in one place, Search & Filter has you covered. By selecting this option from the home menu, you’ll be shown all products available for order, sorted by the most popular. Use the sorting and filtering options to drill down and find the product that best meets your needs.  

More Ways to Maximize Your Zen 

There’s more for you outside of shopping your way. New features have been introduced to improve elements like search, sorting, and even your Rewards experience. 

Search with Ease 

Everyone loves a great search experience. With this upgrade, search by product, brand, or category and hit enter to view all items that meet your query. As you start typing, you’ll be served the most popular products in the search dropdown.  

The search bar has moved to the primary navigation, located in the black bar next to the Cart option. 

Sort Products 

A feature so exciting that it’s worth mentioning again. Sort your products throughout the shopping experience by what’s most important to you. View cannabis by: 

• Most popular 
• Newest 
• Alphabetically from A-Z or Z-A 
• Price from high to low or low to high 

Manage Your Rewards and Profile in One Place 

Looking for your Rewards status, or to update your medical card documents? Do both and more in your Profile! Located in the upper right of the menu experience, you’ll find: 

• Current orders in progress 
• Your Rewards status and points 
• Your Refer-a-Friend link 
• Full order history 
• Promo codes 

You’ll also find your Documents (including your ID and medical documents), contact information (including the option to update), your notifications, and privacy and security settings. Within the privacy and security settings, you will be able to update your password if needed. 

Apply Your Rewards at Checkout 

Checking out and wondering if you’ll have Rewards to apply in-store? Or know you will, but want to ensure you know your exact total? Now, you can apply your Rewards at checkout! That’s right, to apply, simply use the toggle located above the promo code field.  

Change Your Pickup Time 

Need to change your pickup time? Do so, right from your order page! Head to your profile – your active order will be highlighted at the top of your profile in a golden-yellow hue. Select the order to view its status and to change the time you intend to stop in to grab your purchase.

Find Your Perfect Cannabis Product with Filters 

There are so many ways to find your perfect product. All filters are visible from the left-hand side of the menu on desktop, and on mobile and in-app, by clicking the funnel in the right-hand corner of the screen. Search by name, or use one of the many filters, including: 

• Strain, which showcases all products available in the strain selected 
• Quality line, if tiered products are in your market 
• Product category, conveniently placed at the top of the menu 
• Price, by setting a minimum and/or maximum dollar amount  

Our favorite ways to filter? Shopping by “Popular,” the top products and strains for your store, and “Deals,” all products on sale! 

Order and Pay with Ease 

As you peruse the menu and add items to your cart, the quantity you added will show in the right-hand corner of the product image for easy visual tracking of your order. The best part? If you're shopping with Aeropay, you can pay for your order online using the Aeropay option. 

For quick in-and-out pickup, show your Advisor the QR code for your order, found online or in-app. 

Track Your Cannabis Order 

Stay connected to your order from start to finish. Real-time tracking allows you to follow your order from the moment it is placed, showing where your purchase stands at each step. You will see when it's been received, is being packed by an Advisor, and when it's ready for pickup. To view your order status, head to your profile; your active order will be right at the top.  

Have a question about your order or need to make a change? Use the real-time chat feature online and in-app, allowing you to connect directly with the dispensary. 

Seamlessly Navigate Between Stores (and Find Store Hours) 

If you live near two Zen Leaf Dispensaries, you will love this feature. To switch locations, use the dropdown arrow by the store name, located in the left-hand corner. You can scroll to see all dispensaries in the state, including their store hours, address, and phone number, or search by name. 

Too, shopping between medical and recreational menus is a breeze. Simply use the toggle in the right-hand corner of the menu. 

Get Started with the New Zen Experience 

To start shopping, head to your local Zen Leaf Dispensary page or download the iOS app (coming soon for Android)! You can create a unique profile or leverage the Google sign-in option for easy access. Add your medical patient documentation as well as your driver's license for easy identification, and even view your past orders in detail. 

In Arizona and West Virginia, creating a profile and selecting "opt in" also enrolls you in tiered Cannabis Rewards, an all-in-one shop-and-earn experience!
